Anamour Camping

  1. Campers must present their ID card or passport upon entering the campsite.

  2. The pitch or accommodation will be available after 14:00 and 15:00 respectively. If guests arrive earlier, the car must remain outside the camping area.

  3. Upon departure, guests must leave their space clean and remember that the same space will host the next visitors.

  4. After availability is confirmed by the camping management, a bank account number will be provided for the advance payment.

  5. Your reservation is valid only after the deposit of 30% of the total amount or another agreed amount. All bank fees are your responsibility. The deposit cannot be less than the cost of one overnight stay.

  6. The deposit must be proven by sending the bank transfer receipt.

  7. Reservations for pitches or accommodations require a minimum of 5 overnight stays.

  8. The pitch will be available after 14:00 and the rented accommodation after 15:00. If you arrive earlier, your car must remain outside the camping area.

  9. Pets are allowed under specific conditions. Any problematic behavior (barking, dirt, roaming freely) is grounds for cancellation of the reservation. Pets are prohibited in rented accommodations.

  10. The electricity supply at the camping pitches is 1320W and does not support resistance appliances such as electric stoves, ovens, grills, hair dryers, etc. A cable and extension cord of at least 20 m is required.

  11. In case of cancellation, the deposit is refunded only if the cancellation is made 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Bank fees apply.

  12. In case of cancellation or reduction of days during your stay, you are charged 50% of the remaining amount for the declared period.

  13. Reduction of overnight stays can be made without charge up to 30 days before arrival. Otherwise, the cancelled days are charged.

  14. Pets are strictly prohibited in rented accommodations regardless of size or breed.

  15. Vehicle speed within the camping area must not exceed 5 km/h.

  16. Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is strictly prohibited within the premises.

  17. Cars must be parked in the camping parking area.

  18. Pets are allowed only for visitors with their own camping equipment, provided they have a health booklet proving they are healthy and vaccinated. Pets must be kept on a leash, accompanied by their owner, and owners must clean up after them. The management may remove guests who do not comply.

  19. Lighting fires and using grills is strictly prohibited both in the camping area and on the beach, according to Fire Service Regulation No. 9.

  20. Campers must strictly follow all instructions in case of fire.

  21. Throwing cigarette butts on the ground is strictly prohibited due to fire risk.

  22. Sound systems are strictly prohibited throughout your stay.

  23. During quiet hours (15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00), any type of noise is prohibited. Outside these hours, music and noise must be kept at low volume and not disturb others.

  24. Setting up or removing camping equipment should be avoided during quiet hours. If unavoidable, it must be done respectfully.

  25. The power supply is 6A/1320W. Extension cables must be durable black rubber cables. Campers are solely responsible for proper use of electricity. Interference with electrical panels and resistance appliances is strictly prohibited.

  26. All areas must be kept clean. Rubbish must be disposed of only in designated bins. Do not throw paper or objects in the toilets.

  27. There is a designated area for emptying chemical toilets. Disposal elsewhere is strictly prohibited.

  28. Throwing any type of rubbish on the beach is strictly prohibited.

  29. Washing dishes or clothes at the campsite taps, washing vehicles or boats, and lighting fires are all strictly prohibited.

  30. The business uses cameras for the security of its shops and facilities.

  31. Campers must safeguard their belongings. The business bears no responsibility for loss, damage, or destruction of personal items and does not provide storage services.

  32. The business is not responsible for damage caused by weather or natural phenomena.

  33. Visitors may use water only from the shared facilities. Creating private showers or other installations (e.g., hoses, wash basins) is strictly prohibited.

  34. The management reserves the right to deny entry or continued stay to campers or visitors who do not comply with the regulations.

  35. Entry and stay at the campsite imply automatic acceptance of the regulations.

Purpose of the regulations is to ensure the best possible service for all campers and they apply according to the law on organized campsites.
